You may return part of or all of your order provided the product is unworn, unwashed and has all original tags and packaging still intact and is within 30 days of receiving your order. TNE will not accept returns if:
- The item has obviously been worn
- The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odours
- The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags or any other blemishes
- The item has alterations or modifications of any kind
- Price tags have been removed, damaged or altered
- Other tags have been removed, damaged or altered
TNE does not cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be issues on the same form as the original payment within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
Please note: if change of mind returns are received as ‘Return to Sender’, TNE will deduct the Return to Sender shipping cost from the refund total.
